While the wait staff is STELLAR...The 5:30p reservations guests were crammed in the left corner. Our server made a good suggestion when our wine was not available. My filet was WAY overcooked. For a special Valentine dinner-disappointing fail.

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. However, some of the wine on the list was not available and the server spent about 20 minutes looking for it. Then he wouldn’t give me another bottle for the same price which was $100. In fact, no renumeration of any sort like a free dessert or something. He was just slow.

3rd time here and no disappointment from here. The food is very well prepared and of great quality. the goat cheesecake is the greatest desert i have ever had and 3 times i have ordered it at Diplomat Prime. Will be coming back soon just for the food.
