   While our server was great, we got seated at 7:15 and did not receive our dinner until 9PM. The food tasted amazing however 3 of 4 entrees came out cold. When we brought this to the servers attention, he was understanding and offered a free dessert which we declined because we had already been there too long. I don’t expect free entrees, but no other accommodation was made. I can understand being busy, but dinner service took so long that the table next to us left without eating because of the wait. This was our first time at the restaurant and we plan to give it another shot as the food and server were great. Disappointed with this visit.

   Our Christmas lunch at Edge was exceptional. Our server David was outstanding and gave us a wonderful experience to casually celebrate together. We were able to sit and talk and not feel rushed to leave. Food was very good and the deserts, oh my! A very pleasant experience indeed.

   Nice vibe, good choices, food was good not hot. My husband had the mussels, he liked. Service started off good. Friendly waiter, but then it dropped. Waited for drinks kept apologizing. Ordered a 2nd drink before dinner…still waiting. I cancelled bc I wanted to have my drink before and with dinner, not after. He said it was already being made which was BS, we could see bar. Should’ve been on the house at that point. Had to keep asking for water refill. Small stuff, but important. With the prices today , have to step it ip.

   Server was very kind. Always enjoy the comfortable seating and ambience at Edge for a date night. The service at Edge is consistently poor. Have been multiple times over the years, and it never fails to disappoint. Difficult to get a glass of wine poured within a 5 - 10 minute window due to a total lack of communication between servers and the bar. You also have to ask for every little thing, for example, if you’re ordering a soup, the odds are very high you will have to ask for a spoon and it will take 5 minutes to get that while your soup is getting cold. If you want a glass of wine with your meal, you have to order it 10 minutes in advance or you simply won’t have it in time. I was upset on my last visit because my husband & I ordered extremely simple entrees and his was done incredibly poorly. We dine out frequently and often enjoy salmon. My husband’s salmon was uncommonly tiny for an entree portion and totally overcooked. We would have sent it back if the server had showed up once we got served our meals. Most of menu items are not worth the price point given the poor service and lack of quality. We got about 10 brussels sprouts for $9 - thanks. The salmon entree is a few vegetables, slab of au gratin and the fish - how a “chef” could blunder this dish is an enigma. Rolled the dice on Edge based on their beautiful setting last night, certainly for the last time.

   We had a nice dinner out on a Saturday evening just my husband and I. It was crazy busy so we were seated a little late for our 8 o’clock reservation. While waiting had some great drinks at the bar! Took long for the food to come out, but when it did, it was delicious. But the best part of the night was our server, Mason. He was very attentive and very apologetic for the slow delivery of the food over which he had no control. He was was great!

   Great service for a great meal. My only complaint was the noise level. Difficult to have a conversation.

    I think it was just too busy for them to handle with all the holiday diners. The waiter kept disappearing for a long time or forgetting that we had asked for something and we'd have to wave at him or say it again. The next issue was that I ordered the truffle burger medium, and it came out pretty darn close to ground beef inside. I flagged the waiter down and showed him to which he said he'd go talk to the kitchen and then didn't come back for about 20 minutes and then offered a free dessert. Sir, you left me with no meal, I do not want your dessert, I want the meal I didn't get to eat, taken off the bill. He was able to make that happen after taking my plate to the kitchen to show them, i guess, and was very apologetic. My friend enjoyed her crab cake sliders very much. I send groups here for work quite often but don't get to join. People seem to enjoy their meals. I was excited to finally get to come dine here. I might try again during a less busy season.
