   Food took two hours. It was good once it arrived but, by that point, everyone was hangry. It’s too expensive to be that delayed. At one point, there weren’t and people in our area of the restaurant eating… Ruined the night.

   Amazing! Prior to dinner, we had drinks and apps at the Jade and loved the service, creative drinks (Ruby Slipper and Chocolate Old Fashion) and delicious food! The view was spectacular! Then moved over to The Elements for an outstanding dinner! We sat outside and looked out over the beautiful lights and mountains. The food was wonderful!! Diver Scallops were our favorite but crab cakes, fillet and Salmon were equally delicious!! Just an outstanding experience all the way around!! Well done!!

   Service was outstanding! But we booked for a Christmas special pre fix menu but after we got there they told us it only on Christmas Day instead of Christmas Eve

   The restaurant was bustling and energetic on Christmas Eve! The staff was welcoming. Our server, Shannon, was friendly, helpful and engaging. The menu offerings were interesting and our food order was excellent. Of course, the view of Paradise Valley at sunset is extraordinary! We highly recommend a visit for dinner. We’re excited to try brunch at Elements!

   It is a shame to see such a nice restaurant ruined. We had a very nice and polite server, but there is only so much that she can do. They no longer have their old chef, and with the new chef comes an “improved” menu, which drastically increased prices, drastically reduced the menu size, and “overhauled” every remaining dish into overpriced garbage. News flash, cutting half your menu, adding truffles to everything, and doubling the prices doesn’t make you a nice restaurant. We paid $600 for 6 ounces of undercooked steak, one crab leg cut in two pieces, and a couple under-portioned lackluster appetizers. We used to cherish this restaurant for the beautiful view of the valley, it is a shame that we will have to find someplace new.

   It's obvious that Chef MacMillan left the Sanctuary: higher prices, lower quality.

   9 years later and still amazing. Great service from Chris! The manager, Brady, made sure we returning was perfect and talked to us a bit. Do not miss this fantastic gourmet experience. Highly recommend the sea bass and mussels.
