Elliott’s Oyster House has been Seattle’s classic seafood house & waterfront dining destination for almost 50 years. Our award-winning restaurant features an expansive oyster bar with 24-26 varieties, highlighting the natural flavors of the finest seafood in the Pacific Northwest. Located on the Seattle waterfront on Pier 56, guests flock to Elliott’s for their signature sustainably sourced Dungeness Crab fresh from local waters, wild salmon from thriving runs, and sustainably caught Pacific finfish, in addition to their custom smoked Northwest seafood with Alaskan scallops, King salmon and shellfish.     Overrated. I don’t recommend. Very expensive for taste of food. 20% service charge restaurant takes away from their service staff is ridiculous.

    This place is great. The seafood is fantastic. Slightly touristy and right on the beaten path? Yeah, but there's a reason everybody eats here. Service was great too.

    We felt it was little overpriced for the amount of food we received. Mind you, it was tasty and fresh and our server “TOM” was excellent.

    It was a very nice restaurant. The ambiance and service were great. We felt that the quality of the food did not warrant the cost. Dry salmon on salad in particular. Tomatoes and peppers in large quantity did not add much to the caesar salad.

    First rate service and always a huge selection of fresh West coast oysters! Our server, William, patiently helped us select several varieties based on what our preferences were. Will definitely come back next time we are in Seattle - this was our second time at Elliott's

    Slow service, food came out after about 2 hours and it was VERY dry, and a 20% tip is included. This was the worst service I’ve had in a while, so being forced to pay 20% was ridiculous. No apologies, concessions, or ANYTHING offered by staff. Not even reheating our cold, dry entrees. (Not raw seafood, by the way.)

    Good choice for the Seattle waterfront. Many varieties of seafood. Copper River Salmon was a bit over cooked. Waitress was personable and willing to get split plates for us senior citizens. Interior is rather noisy, but outside seating is also available.

    I was lucky enough to eat here at the start of copper river salmon season so I was able to taste the delicious king salmon. It was very good. The restaurant was beautiful.
