Aged USDA prime beef is the star at Elway’s whether your preference is a thick porterhouse, tender filet or a juicy rib-eye. Our culinary team shops for seasonal and interesting ingredients, then plans the ever-changing menus. This allows us to incorporate menu options with limited seasonal availability.     The porterhouse was overcooked, the second one was undercooked. Pity, last year it was amazing

    Great food and staff! We ordered our steak Pittsburgh and it was cooked to perfection. The sides are family style to share. We had mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts and both were delicious. There was plenty of food , but we ordered dessert to go because we compass it up. Would definitely recommend and will go there again.

    The food was great! We also appreciated having a quiet space to enjoy a family dinner. Service was attentive and we weren’t rushed which we appreciate. The restaurant itself is a little outdated, but clean.

    Excellent! All food tried was very tasty. Good food selections. Upscale, but down to earth. Waitstaff was great. Every single person helped keep drinks filled and were very friendly! Would definitely recommend and would go back.

    Great experience for ribeye and steak. Great wines and beer selections. Nice way to celebrate a ski day in Vail

    Our Steaks and Salmon were cooked to perfection, the au gratin potatoes were outstanding, the wedge salad was beautiful and delicious. Everything was wonderful, we have to dine at Elway's anytime we are in Vail.
