Eva is dedicated to and named after chef Charlie Perry's great grandmother. Eva Coombs passed on her respect for quality ingredients, an emphasis on the nourishing benefits of food and most importantly, the shared pleasure of eating. At Eva, our shared plates promote a communal sense of enjoyment. We have an extensive and varied small plates menu, craft cocktails and hand picked wine list.
In addition to being a popular "pre-show" dining venue, Eva provides a "from scratch" dining experience so please plan on approximately an hour and a half for us to execute the best possible experience.
We are in the heart of downtown so we love walk-in traffic! We hope to see you soon!

We are also open for Sunday Brunch from 10am-2pm!

The food and ambiance weee excellent, the service was a smidge slow at times but apart from that excellent. Will reccomend this place to everyone I now in or visiting salt lake.

The food at Eva is always unique and tasty. They have a great combination of creative plates and staples. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! Favorite dishes are the trout and cauliflower.

Great good, everything was delicious. Make sure to order the sautéed Brussels sprouts, spinach potato gnocchi, crispy trout, eva’s steak, chocolate pot de créme, warm banana bread pudding and salted lemon N/A drink. Excellent service from a great team. What a great night! 10/10 will be back!

ALWAYS incredible food and great service. I've loved Eva since I had my first meal in SLC while visiting in 2018. Now, I take my work team, friends, and family when they visit. The mushroom pizza and carrots are my favorite. The team is always so accommodating to my reservation changes. Great place to share things!

Eva’s was a great place to meet friends and enjoy a variety of shared plates. There is something very convivial about shared dishes, wine, and rounds discussing what to order next. Food was very good, we found an interesting bottle to share on their well-curated list, and the service team did a good job of pacing what were eventually a dozen dishes we ordered. Good time. We’ll do it again.

We love Eva. It never disappoints. We had the asparagus, the tri tip bruschetta, and the fig and pig. Excellent service too!
