Review summary

Everett's 8800 offers a breathtaking mountain setting with a "fantastic experience" featuring a prix fixe menu that delights some with its "amazing tasting menu" and "exquisite" dishes. While praised for its "amazing" service and "magical location," some diners find the new menu format costly and less suited for family dining or quick ski breaks.

Food was good but definitely not Everett's of old. Didn't realize they changed their traditional menu to a $155 prix fix Michelin type meal for a ski-in lunch. It's mainly a mismatch of expectation and reality, as we have gone here for years. Hope they bring back their elk chili and grilled cheese sandwich!

Everett’s is great except that they changed the menu to a 4 course meal for lunch??? Also got rid of bud light and coors light. We had a reservation for tomorrow and canceled. No menu for kids. They need to get rid of 4 course meal for lunch and go back to last years menu.

Our waiter was great, food just so so. If you really need to eat small pieces of artwork that taste ok then this is the place for you. We were there for an hour and a half and would much rather have had that time on the mountain.

Over priced food, offered in a four course or six course option. VERY expensive! Yet the atmosphere is still as it was last year, a casual setting. If the prices and food choices change then the atmosphere should too! No white table clothes or staff dressed appropriately. Not a good change for that setting. Not many people want to have a four course meal in their ski gear in a casual setting and pay an arm and a leg! Bad change!

4 or 6 course price fixe. Portions were small but rich so there was plenty of food. Fantastic atmosphere at the top of Andesite Mountain. Love a heated 8-seater bubble chair commute to and from dinner

changed the menu to prefix and the offering does not justify the price. this used to be our go to spot with great food drinks and atmosphere. since introducing the new menu it’s gone downhill tremendously. $155 for a burger…I don’t think so. Better options for the price. However, cool place if you want to just grab a drink. They need to go back to the old menu.

Mountain style log setting with roaring fireplace and glass all around. Ride Ramcharger lift up, lift opens at 4:45 pm for dinner transfers. The food was exquisite and skillfully prepared. Your choice of prix fixe with 4 courses or 6. Hot wine toddy was just what you need after riding the lift! Wonderful experience all around with very attentive service.

After being seated at the our table we waited over 30 minutes to order a drink, that’s when we found out about the Pre-fix menu that will take at least 1.5 hours, it ended up being over 2. All of which would be fantastic if we hadn’t paid for a full day of skiing. The food consisted of very small bites, which were nice considering the 4 courses one of which is dessert. For a table of 4 adults we payed over $800, which is ridiculous considering there were only two options to pay for meals, an expensive one, and a slightly less expensive one. I understand this is an elevated dinning experience, but most people are here to ski and spending an hour and a half for just one meal is a waste. Furthermore, having worked in the service industry, the payment system was inefficient. Issac, our server was wonderful, but he had to spend almost thirty minutes getting one large table’s tab settled. We’ve eaten at Everett’s for years but that was the last time. Or at least until they change the dining option again.

Everything was amazing, the quality of the food, wine, service and the atmosphere. We will definitely be back again. We elected the four course dining experience to target what looked interesting to our individual preferences. If we could encourage management to make a small improvement it would be the third course portion size, a few more ounces would be beappreciated.
