    AMAZING all around!! Our waitress, Renee was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and pleasant! The food was SO FLAVORFUL, drinks were delicious! Great options to choose from!! The ambience was inviting and pretty! We weren't rushed. Just an absolute must visit! Total GEM!!

    One of the worst meals in a decade. It was obvious that the kitchen cut corners on the food to deliver sub-par food to save money. The server was morose, and did not bus our appetizer away from the table. The ambiance was similar to a wedding reception in a gym. The cocktails were okay. The front of the restaurant is cute.

    Always a go to place when in area, which is convenient as plenty of parking and nearby Malden Center Orange Line station. Food and service consistently good, and in summer option to eat outside. Great place.

    We had a party of eight and everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. Our server was fantastic and very patient with a party of eight. The restaurant gave us the option of ordering from the prix-fixe menu or the Sunday brunch menu. We also were placed in a back room which was fantastic. This is my second time at Exchange Street Bistro with a large party and I highly recommend with or without a large party!

    Food is decent but the service was not good. The place is a bit tired. Two of the tables we were sat at were wobbly which then meant our waitress tipped over an entire glass of red wine on our friend. Broken glass everywhere..a mess. We were going to leave but decided to stay. Our waitress barely apologized. The manager comped our drinks but we did not feel that was adequate. This was our second (and LAST) time we will dine there.

    The server Marissa was the best . She was  very helpful with recommendations filling up out water and cleaning the table to give us room for more food. She was very friendly.

    The brick chicken and short ribs are two of my absolute favorite dishes here. Full of flavor and very generous portions. Excellent cocktail menu too - the Malden cocktail is my favorite.

    Our original server transferred our table to another server without telling us. Would’ve been a little nice if she had mentioned that before someone else randomly came over and introduced himself. No complaints otherwise. The food is ALWAYS delicious and the drinks NEVER disappoint.
