Also enjoyed our favorite Profiteroles for dessert. Fandango's is a wonderful restaurant for a special occasion.

                                                                                                I love Fandangos! I try to visit any time I'm in town. It's a wonderful place with old school service and ambience. The restaurant is a collection of small rooms creating a cozy area for a small group or you and yours with a table for two. The staff is attentive without being annoying, and they are there to make your experience memorable. The food is fresh, with good options, and always delicious. Full bar service, and a nice wine list, with something for everyone. Best to make a reservation, and be sure to save room for dessert.

                                                                                                A REAL restaurant! Made me so homesick for days when you had nice cozy restaurants with multiple rooms, tablecloths and napkins. This one was impressive just walking in the door. So wonderful. Would be great for any special occasion. Food was fantastic - there were so many good items on the menu from which to choose, and it wasn't the same tired old dishes that are on every menu. We had escargot, which are not that common anymore, and a simple green salad that was perfect. Duck a l'orange came with potatoes and broccoli, while the steak frites had perfect think crispy fries - not the usual thick mess. We had vacherin for dessert, and I can't even remember the last time I had it. It was so good! Service was excellent - it was like going back 20 or 30 years ago. Prices have gone up a bit everywhere, which is the one sad thing. Otherwise, I'd eat there all the time! Street parking was easy to find but there is also a lot nearby. I will definitely come back once I save up. At least you get something for your money here.

                                                                                                I have eaten here every year for many years and this was the first time I was not impressed. I made a reservation but my request to sit in a particular part of the restaurant was ignored. And then the server seemed more interested in other tables, and forgot a request of mine. The steak was okay, but the fries that I substituted were not fresh and the vegetables that were supposed to come with the steak were absent. I’ll try it again in the future and hope for the usual high standard.

                                                                                                Overall a great place to dine on a special occasion. Food & presentation were tops. We have gone there several times & look forward to going back again. On this occasion the only negative was the waiter had a very heavy accent; he rattled off the specials so fast we couldn't understand what was being featured. We arrived @ 5: 00 Pm Thursday & noise level was low; but by 6:00 it was so loud we could hear each other. We didn't order desert because of the noise.
