   From the moment we walked through the door until we left, it was an absolute pleasure being there. We arrived about 10 min early but they sat us right away. The cocktails were exceptional and the food was even better than expected. We started with the burrata which was excellent. The young lady taking our order pointed out that it did not come with bread. This was an excellent callout as we ordered the bread as well. I highly recommend ordering the bread if you order that. For entrees, we had the linguini as well as the duck gnocchi. Astounding. Save some room for dessert! Overall, a wonderful experience and a must visit if you are in the area.

   A nice menu, with lots of variety. We ordered the octopus, bread, fennel sausage flatbread and Brussels sprouts. All excellent! Great service. We really enjoyed our meal and will be back.

   We were a party of four and had a very enjoyable evening. The atmosphere very rustic and comfortable. The food was incredibly delicious especially the duck gnocchi! Best I’ve ever had! The chicken Florentine was phenomenal with delicious layered flavors. The waitress was fantastic but very slow getting the first and second bottle of wine out to our table during the dinner. Overall we highly recommend the restaurant and would definitely go back again!

   The food was outstanding and very delicious. Love the drinks and the atmosphere is wonderful above all the service was superb

   Cute place, good service. Food was a disappointment though. Sorry, Farmer’s Bottega. Maybe it was an off day for the kitchen. The chilaquiles salsa and the salad dressing both lacked seasoning, so those two dishes were a miss. The french toast was very good, but I wouldn’t return just for that.

   Made a 1:45 pm reservation and upon arriving we were advised that they closed the kitchen at 2:00 pm. First time there so we had to rush to place our order. Ordered the hamburger, meat was very juicy. The fish tacos had good flavor but the corn tortillas were falling apart. Will give it another try for dinner as the place is very popular. Staff was great!

   Had a fun “galentines” brunch. Crab cake bennys and chilaquiles with mimosas with my girls. Delicious, will for sure be back.

   Server did not follow through on the little details. 1. Requested lemon for our water-10 minutes later arrived. 2 Salad served with no dressing. Another 10 minutes before it arrived. 3 Server never refilled water or my empty wine glass. 4 No dessert menu offered. 5 No “Thank You” from server as I paid the bill. These are little things but they all add up. Probably won’t go back to this restaurant.

    This is a very nice Mission Hills neighborhood restaurant. They have a solid menu with a variety of entrees to satisfy many tastes. We enjoyed our meal on Saturday evening. My only negative comment was the staff seemed understaffed somewhat. It took a while to get a waiter to visit our table, and then to serve our drinks. But we enjoyed the meal which included lamb chops, chicken and a hamburger entree. Thanks
