We mainly focus on the Turkish Mediterranean cuisine. Our restaurant’s name ‘Maydanoz’ is Turkish and simply means ‘Parsley’. Parsley is a much-used herb in our Turkish Mediterranean cuisine. Besides the several main courses that we prepare on our typical charcoal grill, we offer you a wide selection of different ‘mezze’.
