Best Authentic Restaurants in Coral Bay

Beautiful food presentation, everything we tried was delicious and they easily sat a large party of 7 (with same day reservations). The waitstaff were all very friendly and polite, we enjoyed our evening at The Refinery. Prices were a little high as expected on an island but reasonable for the quality of fresh ingredients.

Can’t wait to come back here next time! Impressive food and beautiful beach ambience!

Steve did a wonderful job as our server tonight. He was very accommodating to our picky eater and made us feel so welcome. He recommended I order the spaghetti and meatballs which was VERY good. Thanks Steve! The food here is great!

We had a very enjoyable meal at SeaSalt. We all really enjoyed the appetizers we ordered: ceviche, house made burrata and raw oysters. For entrees, our table guests had the lobster, king snapper, sea bass and lettuce wraps. Everyone enjoyed their selections. Dessert was ok, but we all felt the first two courses were better. We shared the salt chocolate mousse and the coconut Panna cotta between 5 of us and all got our fill. Our server, Emily, was delightful. The ambience was lovely, seated under the stars with a gentle sea breeze blowing. We all agree that it deserves a good recommendation and we also agree that we would eat here again if we ever return to St. Thomas.

Having stayed at their sister property in Martha's Vineyard a few months earlier we had to come over for a meal while celebrating a return anniversary in St. Thomas. Everyone, from the ferry crew to the resort staff could not have been friendly and, more so, fully efficient and competent. Saturday nights the resort's upscale restaurant is closed and instead there is a much more casual offering. It is, however, no less terrific I'm certain and for our evening, just perfect. The evening was a very special one thanks to the associates and team members, chef especially.
