Best Authentic Restaurants in Florence

Awesome - First time and this was a great experience. Atmosphere was charming. Our waiter was very informative and accomodating with food ingredient subsitutions. Entrees were delicious and the tiramisu was perfection. We can not wait to return. Thank you for exceeding my expections.

Why would you go to a chain restaurant when we have this local gem that grows most of the food it prepares? Our son is one of the most pickiest of all our kids yet raved about everything he ate! Phenomenal steaks with careful attention to temperature preferences, a la carte items that have a Dutch influence, and a tomato salad unlike anything I’ve had before - extraordinary. Service was outstanding and meticulous led by Savannah and Matthew. This will be our go to for this type of experience!

The calamari is always excellent maybe the best in Cincinnati. Service was slow but the restaurant was packed and everyone was getting in the spirit of the holiday. We did not have anyplace to be after dinner so relaxed and enjoyed the buzz. We had 3 different veal preparations - all were fantastic. The green beans were excellent (when is the last time a review mentioned the side vegetable?) The polenta was disappointing. The prep does not allow the dish to shine which was too bad because a creamy version would have been great with the veal. Not a real problem, just not taking the opportunity to shine. The salmon was also outstanding. Molly was a great server. Attentive but not intrusive.

Oriental wok is one of my favorite restaurants and has been for years. The food is always good and the service is too. The owners make you feel important and appreciated.

Four of us ate at Frieda's 602 for the 1st time. The service provided by Sean was exceptional. We ate bowls, burritos and tacos. Everything tasted fresh with flavors that blended well. We'll be back!
