Best Authentic Restaurants in Long Valley

Service was not the best. Don’t know if it was because of it being Christmas Day.

Norte 175 has beautiful decor providing comfort with great ambiance. Our server, Kevin, was efficient and friendly. The bacon corn guacamole, dry-rub chicken wings, and yuca fries were delicious, as was the smoked 1/2 chicken and baby back ribs entrees. Will definitely return to try other dishes.

Food was excellent. Service was great. We had an early reservation and was seated at a table that was a little cramped. We felt like our meal was being rushed to make sure they had that table for the next seating. Would have liked to go a little slower and enjoy my meal. Would try to make a later reservation next time to avoid being rushed and to sit at a more comfortable table.

Its in the details. Food was excellent. Portion’s generous. Service is the issue. Staff was pleasant but inattentive and under educated. Server did not know what dressing came with chopped salad and did not know what osso bucco ravioli was. We waited at least 20 minutes after completing our main course to get a desert menu. The glass top table was soaked with condensation from our beverage glasses, tablecloth or coasters please. The ravioli was very good, but a teaspoon more filling would have made it excellent. The tiramisu was different and possibly the best we have ever had, including that in Rome. A bit more attention to details elevates this restaurant to one of the absolute best.
