Holy Basil is our favorite restaurant and last night I was delighted to share the experience with two friends, who had not visited before. Not only were they impressed with the delicious cuisine but also with the friendly and attentive service, from the moment we walked in the door. Overall, it was a great evening. Even though we made a booking for 6.30pm we didnt receive our meals until 7.30pm. Small servings for the price, one serving (lasagne) was huge. Two pastas were cold while the lasagne was way too hot. Felt it had been heated in a microwave. Disappointed in our first visit so if we go back it will be to try the pizza. Noone asked how our meals were and paying at the front counter when people are entering clutters the walk way.
