- LLynnNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on 8 Nov 2024We went to Casa Bella for my birthday dinner last Friday. Food was exceptional and our waiter was very professional! I'm a huge mushroom fan and I'm glad that I got the chicken and shrimp dish with mushroom and baked veggies. I did not believe from Google that someone said it was the best Italian food within 30 miles radius, now I can safely agree. Aside from food served, it was a lovely and classy establishment right by a lake. During the day the view must be very nice. Everything was good, except one, we had a huge bridal party sitting next to us and it was very loud at certain point. However, it was understandable. Overall great place, will come back again.More infoCasa BellaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Denville•4.9
- JJohnvipNew York City •9 reviews4.0Dined on 20 Sept 2024Its in the details. Food was excellent. Portion’s generous. Service is the issue. Staff was pleasant but inattentive and under educated. Server did not know what dressing came with chopped salad and did not know what osso bucco ravioli was. We waited at least 20 minutes after completing our main course to get a desert menu. The glass top table was soaked with condensation from our beverage glasses, tablecloth or coasters please. The ravioli was very good, but a teaspoon more filling would have made it excellent. The tiramisu was different and possibly the best we have ever had, including that in Rome. A bit more attention to details elevates this restaurant to one of the absolute best.More infoDante's RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• Mendham•4.5
