The Wood Restaurant and Lounge is located in the log building at the corner of Main Street and 8th Avenue in Canmore and offers breathtaking views from the best patio in town. The lounge offers 24 draft beers on tap, a wine list with 30 wines from 30 vines, our signature and seasonal cocktail list including our famous peach bellini. Eight big screen televisions offer up all the big sporting events. Free wireless internet is available throughout, including the 130 seat patio......which offers great views of the local mountains.....fun, food, and friends....

    Great service from Maya, she even found some birthday candles for our special night. The jerk chicken karaage was very tasty not too spicy. Wild boar meatloaf was also very well seasoned not too salty. Rib eye was cooked to perfection. Kinda noisy cus it was very busy in there but all in all a great dinner.

    What can I say about our amazing dinner, I'm not sure if words can cover how great it was. From the attentive 5 star service, to the perfectly paired 6 course dinner, and to top it off if we weren't stuffed by this point, take home cookies and chocolate covered tuxedo strawberries!!
