- LLisaDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoHad a lovely 3-course Prix Fixe dinner at Del Lago. We sat at a table by the windows overlooking the lake, with all the trees decorated with white lights - magical. I had the Rigatoni Ai Funghi (sauce was excellent), and my husband had the Chicken Milanese (not over-breaded; it was well-seasoned). The Tiramisu for dessert, soaked in espresso, was also really good.More infoRistorante Del Lago - The BroadmoorPrice: Expensive• Italian• Colorado Springs•4.7
- KKimberlyVIPDenver / Colorado •7 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024We were not at all disappointed by our brunch today. The decor is festive and it's easy to check in and get settled. We weren't hurried along to make room for the next group, and everyone was very nice and welcoming. They also fixed an issue on our bill -- we were charged for 5 people instead of 4. The only thing I'd suggest is coming through with water more often. I was out of water for about 15 minutes. Otherwise, we are happy to continue making this brunch our Christmas tradition.More infoHoliday Brunch at Broadmoor HallPrice: Very Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.6
- MMaryVIPDenver / Colorado •41 reviews5.0Dined on 24 Dec 2024Our family had an exquisite experience dining at Summit last night. The service was impeccable, the food was not only delicious but presented and served in a creative and beautiful manner. Our server Indiana was a perfect combination of attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The support staff was also excellent. The dishes were so tasty - especially the wagyu steak frites, the side of mushrooms and the very fun chocolate sphere dessert. The restaurant was bustling but it never was too loud to hold conversation. This will be a dining experience we will recall for a very long time!More infoSummit - The BroadmoorPrice: Very Expensive• Global, International• Colorado Springs•4.5

- CCarolAsheville / Western North Carolina •3 reviews5.0Dined on 29 Nov 2024Part of the Broadmoor, you can count on rather pricey food so that is a given. But the food was REALLY good. We ate lunch here on a cold day in November. I recommend the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp small plate which I had as my entree, my husbands Vidalia onion rings were outstanding and there was more than enough for the 3 of us. My son loved his boar nachos. Great service, lovely location.More infoRestaurant 1858Price: Very Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.4
