Best Brunch Restaurants in Mineola

This restaurant was truly a gem! The immense was gorgeous, and we felt transported to vacation! We ordered the taco flight, drinks, and dessert. Tacos: birria—the best! Fish-good. Fried chicken-very good but great when paired with the esquites (which are divine). Al pastor-meh. The taco shells themselves needed some work and were bland (except the birria). The drinks were absolutely delicious. We had margaritas: passionfruit, watermelon (without the spice), and coconut. They were all 10 out of 10.  For dessert, we had the stuffed churros, which were absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would return. Can we get better tacos elsewhere: yes. However, the drinks, the excellent service, and the ambience make it well worth it. I would return and definitely do recommend!

Had a great anniversary dinner celebration at Copperhill. It's a relatively small menu which allows them to focus on creating excellent dishes. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that vegetables and salads are numerous, prepared with creativity and full of flavor. I'm not a vegetarian but I always enjoy the vegetarian entrees here such as the mushroom polenta and roasted butternut squash. My son's short ribs with polenta was also excellent. The room is homey and congenial, service is attentive and well informed. I always like Copperhill for a special occasion.

The food was delicious, the ambience was on point and the service was impeccable. My first time here, but will definitely not be my last.

Great service and incredible food. We had the eggplant chips (best app ever) and crab cakes to start. then the skirt steak with parmesan truffle fries. if you are a foodie Revel is a must!!

Had a great birthday experience. Definitely will be back.
