Our group included one baby, and we were provided with a baby-chair but it was ridiculously short for the Hochtisch. I would suggest that you find solutions to make everyone comfortable, e.g. by not limiting bigger groups to the higher tables. You should keep in mind also that not everyone is feeling comfortable sitting on high chairs.
