Best Casual Restaurants in Aliso Viejo / Laguna Niguel

I enjoyed the solo diner experience with multiple courses. It was plenty of food. Good customer service. The sweet potato dish was really good. The cucumber dish was good too! Overall a great experience.

I had made the reservation for a family members bday and made couple requests. The staff took great care of my family and made it a nice experience.

Curbside appeal was inviting with optional Valet. Warm outdoor fire place for those waiting, reservation was recognized with special occasion notes that they made a point to recognize. The server was experienced, friendly, attentive but not overbearing. Food was delicious, above average portions. Valentines weekend had live, music easy listening and still able to listen/hold a conversation at the table. I special ordered a cocktail and they accommodated. Overall just a relaxed vibe with great food and incredible service. This was a 200+mile round trip and we can't wait to come back...ty SCG

This is one of our favorite restaurants so it was my first choice for my birthday dinner. The new owner is great and nothing has changed on the menu (so far- hope nothing does!). The one thing that has changed is the music and it is much more appropriate for this restaurant in my honest opinion. I can’t recommend this place enough- the mango martinis, tuna tartare, skirt steak, chipotle chicken sandwich, scallop risotto, Maui onion soup to say a few.
