August is a restaurant that sits in the old heritage church on Dornoch Terrace, West End. Our dining room is surrounded by objects, art, and the original pitched church ceiling and stained glass windows. Our menu is influenced by regional food from France, Italy and SpainAugust is open for dinner from 5pm on Wednesday - Saturday, and from 12pm for Sunday Lunch. Delicious Chinese food, outstanding friendly fast service. Eggplant with pork mince hot pot, crispy skin chicken, wok fried scallops & king prawns & fried rice all cooked to perfection. Banana fritters & ice cream tasty. Good selection of Wine by the glass. Airy outdoor seating. Very enjoyable lunch pre theatre.

Enjoyed another lovely dining experience at Good Grace. The menu had changed since we last dined but it contained many special options and our choices were delicious. The service was slick yet relaxed. As my friend and I hadn't seen each other for some time, we stayed for 3 hours yet we weren't rushed away despite the restaurant being almost full. The chef, barista and all staff are to be complimented. Thank you Good Grace. We will be back.
