Located at Atherton Mill in Charlotte's historic South End neighborhood, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves Italian cuisine.     Chef Loo personally greeted my family to ensure a wonderful experience. From the friendly, genuine greetings, to the 360 views of the Charlotte skyline, to to one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had and a meal that was divine, we were spoiled with this exceptional experience.     We ordered the agnolotti ! It was French onion on the menu. It was delicious! It was like a French onion soup deconstructed!! I had the salad for my meal and it was delicious and my husband had the poke bowl which he said was fantastic! All in all it was a delicious meal!

    I’ve been to Indaco before but this last experience blew me away. I went to celebrate my birthday. They had a few personalized touches, a celebratory menu with confetti, a small gift for me, and ice cream dessert on the house! The food was incredible, as usual! The burrata in particular was amazing! I’m pregnant so I wasn’t drinking, but my girlfriends mentioned the drinks were excellent as well. I’ve had plenty of birthday dinners at lots of restaurants but this was definitely one of the best!

    Staff was great. Truly great. The rooms are a little loud when multiple tables are set. The outside area looked very nice. The appetizers and salads were extremely good. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the burger with fries. The shrimp and grits were OK at best. We only ate half of the burgers. The fries were on point.
