The food was excellent and we never had to wait long for a course to be served, the drinks where excellently made. The service was quick and polite and knowledgeable about their product, and my food allergies were accommodated without a problem.

We had a very pleasant meal at Opitz. Very good and personal service in a really nice environment. The food was very good (possibly it was even better last time we had a meal there) I had goose breast as the main course, and it was slightly overcooked. But this is a place we will come back to when we travel to Hamburg!

Menu was a bit limited on a Sunday lunchtime with several dishes unavailable, but the location on the bank of the Alster was delightful. Quite expensive for casual dining, but the quality of the food was high and the service was good.

Very special restaurant. Everything was unique and amazing. Food, wine, and ambience. Carolina made us feel welcome and special and it was a wonderful addition to our time in Hamburg.
