While the menu is very similar pubs in the same Pickled Egg Group the ambience and quality of staff puts it head and shoulders above the rest. While the menu is unadventurous it does deliver good food at reasonable value. Deserves its reputation as one of the best pubs in KentMore infoFive Bells InnPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Monks Horton•4.6
- CChloeKent •3 reviews5.0Dined on 11 Dec 2024Getting table here can sometimes be difficult, however I struck gold when I found one with 24 hours notice. The food was delicious and the staff super friendly and polite. We went out for a meal for my husbands birthday and on arrival he was wished happy birthday, there was a little happy birthday note on the table and again when we left they wished him happy birthday, little but nice touches. The sharing platter for starter was a great portion for 3 of us and the main courses of Duck, pork belly and steak were cooked to perfection. Certainly will be coming back.More infoMarleysPrice: Very Expensive• British• Folkestone•4.7

I booked the 'Festive Party Menu', the Rocksalt fish soup was full of flavour and the dark chocolate mousse was the best dessert I have had in a while. Lovely views and Christmas decorations. I would definitely recommend to a friend and would love to return in the summer.More infoRocksaltPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Folkestone•4.5
