We have been coming here for over 20 years and it has been a very important part of our life. The standard of food and service has always been been immaculate and the team (particularly manager Costanzo and sommelier Giorgio) should take immense credit. If this turns out to be the last time we dine here, we will be sad, but also glad to have enjoyed it for so long.

Had very pleasant evening at Pashamana. All of the dishes were excellent, with the exception of the spare ribs which were overly greasy. The octopus was the most tender I’ve ever tasted, aubergine was full of flavour, sea bass ceviche excellent. Margaritas were great. I’d like to see more South American wine on the menu, quite a lot of French and Italian, although the Aussie cab sauv we had was very nice. Atmosphere is buzzy without being too loud. Overall excellent, will return.
