Best Casual Restaurants in Oviedo

I went to Tabla on Thanksgiving because I have had enough turkey in my life. It is a very nice-looking restaurant tucked inside a building with other shops and beautiful Coy ponds along the entrance walkway. For appetizers, we had the mixed Pakora and Aloo Tikki Chat. The chat was very good, the pakora was more like tempura vegetables to me, but still good and served with the traditional dipping sauces. Tabla's Homestyle Curry and Vindaloo Ghosht were our entree selections along with some Basmati Rice, Garlic Naan, and Mango Chutney. Both were delicious. The Vindaloo could only be ordered spicy, and it surly was. The wait staff were quick and efficient and provided just the right amount of service. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning someday.

We had a great thanksgiving dinner! The turkey was moist. The butternut squash soup is my favorite and I’m always so happy they have it each year. The staff is always friendly and Juan, Samantha, Tricia , Mallory, Joe. all came by to say hello. Jocelyn was our server and was very attentive. My husbands mother always loves to come with us for Thanksgiving and I love not having to cook or do dishes 🤣. Thank you for another wonderful Thanksgiving dinner!

Great experience for the first time visiting and it’s close to home.

Overall experience was 10/10. We had some wings, a deep dish pizza and of course a pizookie! All very highly recommend. Staff was awesome. We had reservations for 7:30pm, arrived a touch early asked if we could sit at the bar and wait for our table instead they just sat us. Food was quick and no issues. Will be back when in the area!

Wonderful place to connect with a group of friends. Service was terrific. We had 20 people and everyone had a good time. Pizza was my favorite in addition to the beer.
