Mattone's is located in the Sacramento area's Little Italy. We chose to dine in the lounge, as we've done in the past, due to its lively and cozy atmosphere. On a chilly winter night, the ambiance was warm and inviting. After a carriage ride through the Fabulous 40s, we arrived famished. For cocktails, we had the Jeanne Martini, a pleasantly tart concoction, Jack and Coke, a Manhattan, and a beer. We shared pork belly bruschetta and calamari for appetizers, then moved on to beet and Caesar salads, followed by lasagna and steaks. Finally, we indulged in dessert, enjoying chocolate ice cream with mint cookie crumbles, mango sorbet, and cappuccinos. The entire meal was absolutely delicious!

So fantastic!! Went for 4th Anniversary. Got to sit at a special table. Menu said Happy Anniversay at the top. Michael, the Manager, was very welcoming, and Damian, our Server, was on top of everything without being intrusive. Steak and scallops were AMAZING!!! Definitely will be back.

Casual environment with great selection of beers and a menu with many comfort food options. They offer generous flights of beers and let you choose those you wish to try. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was very good. Would recommend the veggie burger and the fish and chips.

Paragary's has been a family tradition for special occasions (as well as casual dining) because of their excellence for decades. Tonight was my father's 96th birthday, the first birthday without the 'love of his life' (mom, married almost 70 years passed in June). We went to celebrate both his birth and the many treasured times we shared. Our server was as sweet as can be, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Our food was outstanding and dad's special birthday desert delicious. We will continue to share our special times at Paragary's.

Our server was excellent, and so was the food and ambience. I can’t wait to come back in the summer time.
