This was one of the best meals we have ever had! The service was amazing from the moment we sat down. We had delicious appetizers, drinks, entrees and desserts. Even our pickiest kiddo who has lots of food allergies was happy! He said he wanted to go back for every meal. If you’re heading to Minneapolis make a reservation here! Awesome experience, great food, superior service and enjoyable atmosphere. Porterhouse always delivers! One small note about overall rating - the prices seem to have gone up considerably (assuming to keep the doors open with a sustainable profit margin), so be prepared for the bill.

As always a good experience and excellent food, prices are up a little from the last time. However the price being up is to be expected verses other places adding a hidden service charge. This also allows for us to tip accordingly. Staff was friendly, prompt, and worked as a team with others.

My partner and I do not like spicy food and found many of the menu items to be spicy. The waitress was helpful in letting us know which entrees/items could be modified though. In the end we were satisfied with what we did order. One unfortunate thing that did happen was I took the time to fill out your survey before we left the restaurant in order to receive a $10 coupon, but they didn’t have any way of connecting that coupon to us because we paid with cash. We left the restaurant as “complete unknowns” unless they use my reservation information.

From the steak to the salad bar it was just like I remembered about 15 years ago. Perfect. Happy to recommend for any occassion.
