Best Casual Restaurants in Wilkes-Barre

Lovely atmosphere in the rooftop dining room. Our server was very attentive and took really good care of us. The food and drinks were wonderful, and the delicious dessert was provided by the restaurant since we were celebrating my birthday. After dinner, we enjoyed live music downstairs. We will definitely be back to Rikasa!

This was my second experience at The Refinery, and I loved it even more than the first. I highly recommend the Tuna Crudo app and the Long Stem Artichokes. My mother had the Trofie pasta with vodka sauce and seafood. It has a spicy kick, FYI. I enjoyed the Swordfish with mussels and shrimp. The portions were substantial and beautifully presented. Here's the kicker: THE SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Next-level servers and they work together to make your evening smooth and seamless. Next time I'm saving room for an espresso martini and some dessert.

Fantastic place! Love every time we come to cork! Portions are great and food is fantastic. Can't say enough good about this place and will always come back!

We were actually surprised that during a very busy holiday season, not only was the noise level within easy conversation range, the service and food were exceptional and very well attended!
