Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Darien

Very good and inventive food. Unusual combinations. Noise level is very high. Hope they can find ways to improve it. Hard to have a conversation.

The host was extremely accommodating and was a delight. The cocktails were delicious! Our server was A+!!! Knowledgeable regarding the menu, gave us excellent recommendations and ensured we didn’t over do it with apps to ensure we had the best dining experience. The steak for 2 is better than Mastro’s. Deserts so tasty! Highly recommend!! A++++

Prime is one of my favorite restaurants in Stamford. My brother and I both had steak. The filet mignon and skirt steak were cooked perfectly. The sides were also excellent. I was disappointed with the martini. The glass wasn’t completely full after the pour and the waitress had to go back to the bartender to get more martini! It’s the food (and a good wine list) that keeps me coming back!

Really enjoyed the food and the service. The menu selections along with the specials gave you plenty of options.

If you know what to expect, and you’ve been here on more than one occasion already, your expectations should be set …then you should be right there….this place is fantastic! I honestly love the mango habanero wings as they are the perfect amount of spice and flavor that I only find better sauces, available at blind rhino in Norwalk. MAKE SURE To BE SPECIFIC WITH THE WAGE STAFF THAT YOU WANT THE WINGS MARKED APPROPRIATELY AS THEY COME OUT! THE ONLY DOWNFALL I REALLY FIND HERE IS THAT THEY DON’T DO A GOOD JOB OF THIS WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR WHEN EATING WITH A GROUP AND ORDERING MULTIPLE SAUCES
