- MmargaretWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWent for Christmas dinner. Foggy Bottom was one of the two locations that had the a’ la carte menu which was why I picked the location. It was a little crowded waiting for our reservation time and they were behind but we expected that and didn’t mind. There were three of us and we all were happy with our meals. We had wings and the corn bread skillet for appetizers. The wings were really good. I’m not a fan of corn in my cornbread but it still tasted good. I had fried shrimp with fries, coleslaw and corn bread. The shrimp and fries were really good. The coleslaw was a little blah. Our other two diners had a platter with ribs, cheeseburger sliders and fried chicken and coleslaw. They both loved theirs but also were not fans of the coleslaw. The staff was friendly and professional and fast. We enjoyed talking to them and the two different sets of patrons sitting beside us. We had a great Christmas dinner despite it not being an “traditional” Christmas dinner and would come back again.More infoFounding Farmers DC: Foggy BottomPrice: Moderate• American• Foggy Bottom•4.5
- SSabrinaVIPNew York City •19 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOutstanding experience in terms of food, service, and ambiance. Definitely to be repeated. However, one small disappointment was the message about a 20% extra to support the salaries of the workers. Why not just pay them a living wage? We can determine the tip. You have excellent service. We would be pleased to pay.More infoBrasserie LibertéPrice: Moderate• Contemporary French / American• Georgetown•4.4

- RRandiVIPWashington, D.C. Area •16 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoOne flaw - we were seated in a very chilly remote corner in the restaurant, facing a window of the side street. I asked to be seated in the main area of the restaurant, noting several vacant tables, but was told nothing was available. Had a reservation (at 5:45pm) and arrived early. I was very disappointed in the hostess with a blank face and void of any concern, who simply said no!!!! WOW. Happy to say the food was delicious.More infoBilly Hicks GeorgetownPrice: Moderate• American• Georgetown•4.1
