- SSandraSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis has become my favorite restaurant in the SLO area. We were there with a party of 4. We all ordered different things (chicken over risotto, Salmon over polenta with veggies, shrimp and pancetta pasta, Flatiron steak with potatoes) and each dish was beautifully prepared and so delicious! All the seasonings and sauces were spot on and the meats/fish cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding, portions were a good size, dessert was excellent (we had choc cake and tiramisu), and both the restaurant and the gardens are very charming. For this high quality food, prices were reasonable. COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF...we will be back for certain!!More infoGardens of Avila RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Californian• San Luis Obispo•4.8

Charbroil oysters on the half shelve were perfectly done. Had the scallops they melted in your mouth with every bite. The staff was amazing . Always making sure we were doing great. Definitely be backMore infoOyster LoftPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Pismo Beach•4.9
- AAmberNew Mexico •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoOn Valentine’s Day, 4 of us were finding most places were not available for a regular dinner since we’d just arrived from out of town. Suddenly Open Table showed Pono Pacific had an opening, so we snagged it. The mahi mahi was the perfect combination of sweet and crunchy. The squash appetizer was also delectable. Mussels complemented the halibut, and the shortbread tart deliciously completed the exquisite meal. It turns out a previous reservation had just serendipitously canceled, lucky us!More infoPono Pacific KitchenPrice: Expensive• Pacific Rim• Pismo Beach•4.9
- LLewisCalifornia Central Coast •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoBeautiful ocean view so don’t go at night or when it’s dark - the steaks are fabulous and the best sauce is the mushroom sauce which you must ask for with your meal - the chocolate lava cake will please several of you and you probably only need one - if it is your birthday they will give it to you for free! Surf and turf is to die for! Reservations are a must and prices are expensive but you will not care as the food is just that good - remember the daytime views of the ocean as you dine are majestic!More infoVista Steak and SeafoodPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Pismo Beach•4.7
- SSandraSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe try to eat at Ada's every time we are in town! The food is always Excellent! This time, we both had the Seafood pasta which has a delicious rich tomato-based cream sauce(reminds me of vidka sauce).... delicious from the first to last bite. My husband also had the wedge salad which did NOT disappoint.... pulled high with bacon, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes..... not the block oficeberg lettuce with 2-3 bacon bits you see at other restaurants. Thank you Ada's for great food and service, as usual!More infoAda's Fish HousePrice: Moderate• Seafood• Pismo Beach•4.8
