- LLaurievipLos Angeles •8 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe were greeted, seated and then treated to a lovely dining experience. We started with a couple of the specialty cocktails-Romarin and Nouveau Basilic: their pour was generous as our drinks lasted through our meals. A bonus of a basket of bread was brought to our table, such a rarity! Baguette, sourdough and what seamed a seasonal bread with cranberry and walnuts with beurre---seemed such a treat! Our waiter was attentive and made well informed dinner suggestions after asking us our preferences and we enjoyed the beef bourguignon; duck a l'orange and roasted chicken. - RRobertPhiladelphia County •10 reviews5.0Dined on 17 Nov 2024Our party of four, celebrating a birthday for brunch. We all had an outstanding experience. We had 1:15 reservations for a Sunday brunch so the main crowd had dispersed. We had great service and the food and drinks came at our leisure. The table shared the pork belly hash as an appetizer and the plate was wiped clean. Entrees were two mushroom omelets, a smash burger and a prime rib french dip. Everything got shared around the table and there was nothing but smiling tongues. The highlight of the meal was the dessert of warm homemade Apple Crisp....with na candle! Four very happy and sated people walked out 1.5 hours later. GREAT MEAL!More infoVillage Vine, Wine Bar + BistroPrice: Expensive• Wine Bar• Swarthmore•4.9
