We had our drink order taken within 5 minutes of bein seated. We order off the Valentine Day menu and I order the 14 oz New York strip medium well and my wife ordered the barrel cut filet medium. We did bring coats and blankets but was still cold inside on a 30 degree night. We were able to utilize a Bluetooth speaker which was cool. When we booked we thought it was full service in the igloo meaning they would bring our drinks. We had to go to the outdoor bar. Long waits outside which took away from our time in the igloo .
