- LLindaVIPNew York City •12 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe King Bar was delightful. Food prepared perfectly. In particular, shrimp tempura with blistered peppers were tasty and a good size portion for two or three to share. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and as good as any steak house in the city. Wait staff was very attentive .More infoKing Bar by David BurkePrice: Expensive• American• Garden City•4.4
- EEstela D.New York City •78 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI dined here for the first time last Mon, 12/30/24 with my sister & her husband plus 2 priests we were honoring. We were all very satisfied w/ the food & service. Mary Grace was an excellent server. Very pleasant & attentive w/o being obnoxious. The only negative was the sun shining directly on the eyes of one of our guests despite the curtains that were drawn down. It is a come-back place! Today, 1/3, I came back with another priest friend. We were warmly welcomed by the Asst. Manager, Dianne, who was just as friendly & cheerful as Mary Grace. I had an energetic & interesting brief chat with her before we sat. Our server, Louis, was also pleasant & efficient. I also commend the rest of the wait staff who brought our orders to the table. The food was excellent, made even more delicious by the reasonably-priced lunch special w/ complimentary appetizer & dessert, as well as the efficient service. Thank you, Park Place. Keep up the good work! My one wish is for the resto to have an eye-catching huge name at EYE LEVEL and another big sign perhaps by the parking lot fence near Miller St. Driving alone, not tall, & focused on the road last time, I could not see the sign way above the awning, much less the one just above the awning. Neither were the small signs on the front door very clear to a solo driver in the area for the 1st time. I knew I was in the place because of my GPS but not sure since I could not see the signs. I wasted time going around the block 2x to be sure I would park in the right place.More infoPark Place Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Floral Park•4.7
- KKateVIPNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHad a great anniversary dinner celebration at Copperhill. It's a relatively small menu which allows them to focus on creating excellent dishes. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that vegetables and salads are numerous, prepared with creativity and full of flavor. I'm not a vegetarian but I always enjoy the vegetarian entrees here such as the mushroom polenta and roasted butternut squash. My son's short ribs with polenta was also excellent. The room is homey and congenial, service is attentive and well informed. I always like Copperhill for a special occasion.More infoCOPPERHILLPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Williston Park•4.7
- CCarissaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAbsolutely wonderful time at ITA Kitchen! The food was fantastic. We started off with the mozzarella appetizer that was made at our table followed by a Spicy Rigatoni dish for me and the veal chop (the night’s special) for my boyfriend. Both meals were absolutely incredible and we both ended up sharing from each other’s plates. I had an espresso martini flight for dessert that was delicious. The wait staff was excellent and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!More infoITA Kitchen - Garden CityPrice: Moderate• Italian• Garden City•4.6
- LLindaNew York State •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe loved this restaurant. This was a new find for us - one town over from where we live. Being Italian it's hard to find Italian food that I like since I am used to fresh ingredients at home. The foundation sauce in this Italian Restaurant is delicious. The variations of the vodka and spicy sauces are tasty, as well. The personal pizza was big enough for two if you have an app, but we ordered it to try and have some leftovers. We loved the igloo, but honestly the inside of the restaurant was just as cute and festive. Our server, Irene, was super helpful and quick but the food was still spaced enough where we could enjoy it. The garlic knots were huge and tasted great. I am still shocked that I had never gone to this establishment before, but so glad we found it.More infoPietro's of East MeadowPrice: Moderate• Italian• East Meadow•4.9
