Marmalade sets the standard for an amazing culinary adventure. I've traveled all around the world and am proud to say Marmalade is one of the only MUST revisit restaurants whenever I'm in San Juan. The menu is unique and pushes your taste buds to their limits. The staff is well educated and very helpful in explaining every dish and every wine pairing (yes, the wine pairing is a must). Reward yourself with someone you could never recreate at home or in any other restaurant. You'll thank me later many times over.More infoMarmalade Restaurant & Wine BarPrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• San Juan•5

- BBethVIPCharlotte •37 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoMarcel was an awesome waiter! He was so friendly and helpful. Everything we got was so yummy. Fried cheese appetizer had a wonderful guava salsa that we literally licked clean. Cuban sandwich was like the ones I grew up eating in Miami! The pork mofongo was very flavorful. Arroz con pollo was excellent. All the food was fresh tasting and very good. Would definitely recommend. A little pricey for locals maybe, $100 for dinner for 4 and one person had an alcoholic drink, the rest had water. It was 👍🏻 great overall.More infoTHE CAVE: Cuban Cuisine & CocktailsPrice: Moderate• Cuban• San Juan•4.5
- TThomNew Mexico •29 reviews5.0Dined on 17 Dec 2024Rustic interior complements the deliciously fresh dishes—especially seafood inspired by local catch. We dined at 5pm on a quiet Tuesday in port and felt pampered by wait and bar staff at every moment. Try any of the grilled fish offerings with Creole style rice and beans or ask to have any of the pasta dishes tailored to the sauce of your choosing! Deliciousness!More infoEl AsadorPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Old San Juan•4.2
