    Tabard Inn is simply the best place to go for brunch/ lunch or a romantic date night dinner on a freezing cold winter day. An English style Inn with warm fireplace in the lounge area and many tables in various nooks and crannies of the dining area. Good bar, professional service and good food. We loved it.

The staff were just as welcoming, demonstrating excellent communication and attentiveness. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy warmth. The course meal exceeded all expectations—each dish was thoughtfully designed with exceptional taste, creativity, and a seamless flow of service. The alcohol pairing was also expertly curated, enhancing the overall experience. What stood out most was Chef Lee’s dedication to sustainability in his restaurant. I recommend visiting the website prior to your visit to understand his intent with the non-profit org. His vision is truly inspiring, and I deeply respect his ambition.     Our first experience dining at Chez Billy was delightful. It is an intimate restaurant with beautiful decor and attentive staff. The Caesar Salad and Onion Soup started our meal and were delicious ( the Caesar the best I’ve ever had). The Tuna and Duck entrees were perfectly prepared. We ended our dinner with the cheesecake and rice pudding … delish! Billy Sud is a little Georgetown gem.
