- VVincentvipWashington, D.C. Area •69 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe chose Cesarina because they make their own pasta in-house as well as their sauces and everything else. Wow - what a great meal! We waited at the bar overlooking the pasta being made so when we were seated, we decided to start with a ravioli and separately, carpaccio. Both were outstanding with some type of truffle oil over the tender carpaccio making it fantastic! We had the Norma sauce (with eggplant) with pasta and the meaty Mafalde al Sugo Napoletano with ribs and sausage and it was made perfectly! We were too stuffed for dessert and boxed up the leftover but will definitely return.More infoCesarinaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Ocean Beach•4.9

Victoria, our server, was fantastic! She was super energetic and very knowledgeable on the drink selections!More infoCaptain’s QuartersPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Pacific Beach•4.6

The ingredients in the recipes bring out the flavors of the seafood and never over power!! It doesn't seem to matter what I chose off the menu it never disappoints. Their signature cocktails are a fun treat too!More infoThe FisheryPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Pacific Beach•4.7
- MMichaelVancouver / British Columbia •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe met up with old friends at Dockside1953 for an anniversary celebration. The atmosphere around the fire pit table was impressive and kept us warm during the evening. The service was excellent and not rushed at all. Our server was always on cue when pouring our wines and bringing the next drink. The food was outstanding. Both my friend and I had the filet mignon. We're both meat connoisseurs, and the steak here was the best I've had at any restaurant (or elsewhere for that matter). My buddy is a San Diego resident (I'm from Canada), and he'd never eaten here before. Dockside 1953 has become his new favorite restaurant. Our wives had the chicken and drugstore burger and loved it. Highly recommend.More infoDockside 1953Price: Moderate• Californian• Mission Beach•4.5
