The Copper Crow’s food menu features an eclectic collection of American fusion dishes that incorporate international influences, ingredients & cooking methods from various regions around the world. Wherever possible we rely on ingredients that are sustainably & locally sourced. Tuesday through Friday the bar opens at 4pm and the kitchen opens at 5pm and closes at 10pm. This was my fourth time at Sushi by Bou, and honestly the best time so far. The omakase offerings are changed slightly each time, and the selections and execution were excellent. Plus, they have a new bartender who made an excellent pineapple jalapeno margarita.

The new limited menu is a bit disappointing because of the lack of options, but apparently it's a struggle to keep a kitchen running smoothly, but this seems to be the way in a post-pandemic world for some places. Beer selection is still very good. Service was fast, friendly, efficient. Reservation request was honored.
