    The service and ambiance was great. Notable dishes were the challah and fluke and fennel. The fries were perfectly crispy and the broccoli was very flavourful. However, the ribeye was average, it lacked flavour but cooked properly yo medium rare.

    Wow.. This restaurant left me and my partner absolutely at a loss for words. Before I begin HUGE shout out to the most amazing server I've ever met, Graham. He really curated our experience and brought a personal yet professional level of excitement to our dining experience. Every dish was crafted with immense care and quality. The story behind the dishes and the flavour profile was nothing short of a immaculate dining experiences. Huge thank you to Chef Daniele for exceptional food and a wonderful conversation.     Not always a huge fan of eating at restaurants located in malls but Earl's has a pleasant ambience and the food is good. Our server, Tatiana, was attentive with a warm personality. My parents were celebrating their anniversary and the staff made it special with a nice, personalized touch.
