As two industry workers, it's always interesting to be on the other side of service as we are so consciously aware of everything going on around us. Elise did a fabulous job of reading our table and providing the perfect balance of attention/interaction throughout service. That is truly the art of serving/bartending. The chef sent a spectacular mushroom appetizer to our table. It tasted amazing. They split a Cesar salad for us, so good. Dressing, best ever. Patrick, during the entirety of our presence kept our water glasses full and specialty drinks topped. The wagu steak was perfectly cooked and so tender. We ordered two, one for each and glad we did, cuz we ate every bit of it. For me, generally the case, but my wife rarely finishes hers. No problem on this one.
