Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant.     The restaurant is beautiful with a cozy atmosphere. Went there twice and both times everything was delicious. The staff is very friendly and the service is wonderful. The spicy tuna nachos are my favorite. The chips are home made and the best i ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant. You wont be disappointed. Enjoy

    Honestly, I don't know where the negative reviews I read on here came from. My husband and I just ate here this past week and it was every bit as good as it has always been. My standby for an appetizer, the egg-yolk ravioli was just as heavenly as it has always been. My lobster, shrimp and crepe entree was absolutely divine. My husband's veal was delicious! The hostess graciously moved us to a "better table" after we were seated (we didn't even ask) and the ambience was wonderful at both tables. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and funny. It was a wonderful evening and we can't wait to return.

    Fabulous service throughout the evening. The bartender was professional and engaging. Angela served cocktails that were made to perfection. Dinner was just as perfect. Roberto was the consummate professional as well. He was attentive to our needs but never on top of us. Our dinner as well as the wine was outstanding. Truly a great experience throughout the entire evening.
