Maks was our waiter, and he was great . . . a joyful spirit and very professional. Our guests were very happy with their meals, duck confit and steak tartare. I enjoyed the lamb shank (small plate,) and my husband liked his chicken breast. The fall salad and the beet salad were very good. Of course, the bread was as amazing as it always is! Looking out on the festive activities and beautiful lighting on the Green, we think Pistache is the perfect restaurant for the Holidays, especially. We frequent all the top places in Town and have our favorites. Pink Steak definitely has been added to our list. Our waiter, Paul, went out of his way to explain the different menu choices and we followed his advice. The 20 oz. Filet which we shared, was excellent .
