Best Date Night Restaurants in Pinckney

Very cool place puts you in the mind of STK and Komodo. I had the special with the courses. A lot of food for the buck. The shrimp dip was a bit spicy but still very food. I had a rib cap that I barely made it through I was super full. Very nice but the service could be a little bit faster. They had two bartenders that were very attentive but they could have used an extra hand. One thing that really did upset me is I did do a SOLO date but paid like everyone else. By the second course I was asked if I could move to accommodate someone else. Yeah , no. Look into and at that before you seat me. I did come early but I did that out of expectation for it to be busy. Check your seating , check in with your guest before arrival. I had went to candy bar prior and their service was outstanding you know why? They called, they catered, and they delivered before I even came in.

Valentines Day Date Night Made reservations for 8:30 Showed up at 8:25 and was told our table wasn’t ready and we could go wait at the bar on the third floor. Found 2 seats at the bar and grabbed cocktails while waiting. Service was attentive and our table was ready at 8:45. We were able to take our drinks down to our table. Had the bread and pesto and arancini for appetizers. Both delicious. Hubby had lamb chops and I got scallops. Excellent! Wanted to take tiramisu to go and they were sold out. Flourless chocolate cake was the only other option and that didn’t sound good. Waitstaff was great! Ambience very quiet and packed in tables for dining room. Probably would have preferred to have eaten in the bar area which had a better vibe. Overall a good dining experience and very cool building

First - Sarah S was an outstanding waitress. Outstanding. Second - the staffing was excellent and ran the busy Valentines crowd like a well oiled machine. And third - always delicious incredible food and drink. Cannot recommend enough.

The food was great and our server maya was awesome, however we hated the tvs all over the restaurant. It really detracts from the ambiance and the atmosphere of the experience. It would be fine to have the tvs just at the bar but there is no need for them all over the restaurant, really detracts from it being a top notch dining experience. Highlights: red snapper entree, beef Wellington bites, tuna nachos, the cocktails

Our recent visit to Gandy Dancer in Ann Arbor was nothing short of exceptional. The food was outstanding. I enjoyed perfectly seared scallops and shrimp atop a creamy, flavorful risotto, while my wife had a delicious salmon dish with seasoned broccoli that was cooked to perfection. Each bite was rich in flavor and expertly prepared. We also indulged in some fantastic cocktails, which were well-balanced and refreshing. To top off the evening, we shared a decadent chocolate truffle cake, which was pure bliss—rich, velvety, and the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made our experience even more enjoyable.
