I opened Jacques' Brasserie at L'Auberge Chez François to bring the tastes and comforts of the Alsatian brasserie to Great Falls.

Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in an easy-going, informal setting. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo).     It had been a while since we’d been back but everything was really good. Shout out to Francesco who did an awesome job waiting on our table and makes a mean bananas foster. He was also very knowledgeable with the wine list and made great food recommendations

    We have been regulars for years to this fine establishment. The service, good food and ambience is always appreciated for a great meal. We love that the menu rotates, but the service remains the same- you are treated well, the food is amazing and the accommodations are impeccable. Love this place and will be coming back for years.

    We had a party of six and we dined on a Tuesday night so it was definitely a low-key night where the restaurant was mainly empty so that reflects the ambience rating and the noise level rating… The appetizers were quite good. The entrées were questionable and the hamburger was very bad… The dessert in the service were excellent. Try the Dubai chocolate and the hostess was gracious enough to give my son a complementary birthday cake.
