We loved the Sunday roast today. It was so tasty and good sized portions. We finished off with sticky toffee pudding and bread and butter pudding which were both delicious. The staff are tremendous, friendly and helpful and attentive and the feel of the restaurant is warm and modern. The car park has been finished and is well designed and we loved the new orangery. It’s lovely to be able to eat there.

My friend and I visited for afternoon tea last week and it was amazing. It’s definitely quality over quantity but I still left feeling full and took away some of the sweet treats I couldn’t eat. Service was amazing, the atmosphere was lovely even for a Friday afternoon. We even popped over to the Alpine Tipi for a mulled wine afterwards which was gorgeous, very festive.
