Best Family Style Restaurants in Bay City

We had an outstanding first experience at the Red Circle Inn last night for my wife's birthday. I would classify this restaurant as a historic fine-dining supper club. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant was beautifully decorated and clean. They even hand-wrote a card for my wife's birthday and the servers all signed it and had it all displayed on the table before we even arrived. We had the walleye, perch, and beef stroganoff with cheese curds and French onion soup appetizers. There was even a relish tray with sourdough crackers, cheese spread, olives, and peppers. It was all very delicious. In summary, I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want an elevated dining experience with a supper club feel.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Maggiano’s on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. We ate at the bar area. Lucas and his coworker (unfortunately I didn’t get her name), provided us with excellent service. The food as usual was delicious.

Always a great choice for good food and service when you are at Mayfair or elsewhere. I was able to make a short notice reservations on OpenTable.
