Located in the heart of Gramercy in the restored Assembly Hall of the landmarked United Charities Building, Hawksmoor is a steak restaurant that celebrates all-natural, pasture-reared, and traditionally dry-aged beef.     Chloe is fantastic! The prawn pad thai is the best we’ve ever had by far. Tried one from each section of the apps, all very good but highlights were the beef skewer and crab uni buns. Ended with a top tier soufflé and espresso martinis with a lovely chocolate after-note.

    Must try the bacon with peanut butter butter. It was was a family favorite. The crust on the steaks were perfect and made this place one of our top steak restaurants in NYC. Also, the sides were all GREAT (highly recommend the table side cheese for steaks, corn brûlée, Brussels (crispy). Everything was delicious!

    I’m so happy we were able to make a reservation online! We Got our table right on time. Our server took care of us brilliantly! Shout out to Patty P, our server. She was lovely! She did a great job with explaining the menu and the specials, making suggestions for wine. And just overall entertaining. She did a fabulous job of getting us everything we asked for.
