- AAídaSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoGreat experience! Our server was a very sweet lady, I didn’t have the chance to catch her name, sorry. The food was good and pretty fast, I really recommend the calamari and the pizza Cristina. We were celebrating a friends birthday and got a tiramisu for her and they comped it for us. Amazing service overall. The restaurant is beautiful and there’s music that goes really well with it playing too.More infoIl Fornaio - Palo AltoPrice: Moderate• Italian• Palo Alto•4.5

- AArtCleveland / Akron / Canton •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWhat a terrific place. The staff was very attentive and very accommodating of my 92-year old mother who uses a walker. Food was delicious. Service was timely and allowed us to easily get to our performance at the Lucie Stern Theater in plenty of time.More infoTAVERNA - Palo AltoPrice: Expensive• Greek• Palo Alto•4.8
- JjohnvipSan Francisco Bay Area •87 reviews4.0Dined on 17 Nov 2024Wonderfully inventive food - not your traditional Indian restaurant. The the papadam were especially impressive. Slightly haphazard service - made worse by the incredibly high noise level - everybody was shouting to be able to hear one another, which just made it worse. We chose to eat a mix of starter plates, which gave us a rich variety of tastes. But they all arrived at about the same time, so there wasn't space on the table for them., and the experience felt very rushed. Even though we hadn't ordered any mains ("big plates"), the items we ordered that would normally accompany them (naan, raita) were treated as the second course - we had to ask for them to be brought with the rest of the food. We visited in mid November. It was really cold, even though we were sitting indoors - and many fellow diners also kept their coats on, so it wasn't just us..More infoROOH Palo AltoPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Indian• Palo Alto•4.2
- AAlanvipSan Francisco Bay Area •26 reviews5.0Dined on 7 Nov 2024The food at Riace is always spectacular, as is the service. The bolognese is the best anywhere, and the pasta alla norma is something special. End it all with the tiramisu.More infoCaffe RiacePrice: Moderate• Italian• Palo Alto•4.5
